Mix Dry Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine wheat flour, ghee, and salt. Mix well.
Add Water:
- Gradually add the warm water to the flour mixture, stirring continuously. It's best to add the water slowly to avoid adding too much at once.
Knead the Dough:
- Once the water is fully incorporated, start kneading the dough. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour, a teaspoon at a time. If it is too dry, add a small amount of water.
Rest the Dough:
- Form the dough into a ball and place it in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and let it rest for about 1/2 hour in a warm place. This resting period allows the dough to relax and become easier to work with.
Shape and Use:
- After resting, your dough is shaped and used as desired.
