apple vinegar
Method
Mix the eggs with a fork.
add the shredded vegetables, salt and spices
Mix and add the white flour, baking powder and mix.
Finally add the vinegar.
In a skillet heat oil and with a spoon put a small batches and fry on the 2 sides.
