Method
- In a bowl whisk the yeast in the liquid milk.
- Add the ingredients and knead the dough, cover and let it rest for 40 min.
- Divide the dough into 8 small balls.Let them rest for 5 min.
- Roll each of them and top it with the meat mixture.
- Bake them in a preheated oven for 5 minutes.
Topping
- Put the minced meat in a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix with your hand.
