Method
- In a saucepan, we fry the chopped leek in olive oil and butter until getting translucid.
- We add the flour and stir for a couple of minutes.
- In another saucepan, we boil the pasta for 4 minutes.
- Add some pasta water and cook the leek for 5 minutes.
- Add the boiled drained pasta and mix them carefully.
- Chop the smoked salmon in cubes, and mix them with all.
- Garnish with capers on the top of the plate.
